There are many types of acrostic poems but by far the most popular is to write the name of your subject vertically down a page. Ask your learners to do this with the word 'Samorost', like this:

S
A
M
O
R
O
S
T

When they have done this they can then go back to each letter and think of a word, phrase or sentence (depending on the level) that starts with that letter and is about Samorost. While they are writing help them with any language items while you monitor. The following poems are examples of acrostic poems using this format and written by English language learners after watching the first the first three screens of Samorost (i.e. dognapping, journey to other planet, Alien rocket landing inside, main character's rocket landing next to the robot):

Somebody has kidnapped my dog
And I am very sad
Maybe you can help me find him
On Monday Monday he was kidnapped
Really early in the morning
Or it could have been Tuesday
Search for him on the alien planet
That is up there in the sky

Some aliens came to my house
And stole my apples and my dog
My dog's name is Miki
Open my door and he is gone
Rocket came and took him
On a long journey into space
So far away he must be scared
Tomorrow I want him back
