This is a post play activity.

Preparation
This activity either follows on from the Mind The Gap Activity or can be played independently by following the instructions below.
Either way you need to download and print a copy of Samorost2 Grammar Jigsaw for every pair.

Play
On the title page of the game click on 'load level' and enter the code SOPOUCH.
Learners play the game from this point until the scene where the fridge moves across the room and Gnome (the main character) escapes through the hole in the floor.

Post play
Line the chairs up in an open area of the classroom so you have two rows of chairs facing each other.
Learners sit down in the chairs.
Walk down the middle of the chairs and hand out the worksheets. Hand out worksheet A to the people on your left and worksheet B to the people on your right.
Learners complete the activity with the person sitting opposite them.

Post Activity
Learners write out a couple of extra sentences. They should cover the scene until Gnome enters the room full of water.

e.g.
Gnome plugs/ puts the adapter . . . / . . . into the wall.
The fridge moves . . . / . . . across the floor.
Gnome pulls the manhole . . . / . . . up.
